These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BISMAN ERP platform operated by BISMAN Technologies. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and tenant workspace.
- You must comply with applicable laws when storing business and personal data in BISMAN.
- Administrators must assign roles using least-privilege access principles.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to other tenants, accounts, or systems
- Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform availability
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Reverse engineer or resell the platform except as permitted in writing
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans, trials, and feature unlocks are billed according to your selected subscription. Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions. Data retention after cancellation follows your plan terms and applicable law.
Data Protection
BISMAN processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Business customers act as data controllers for their users' data; BISMAN acts as a processor for tenant-hosted business data. You may request data export or account erasure through in-product controls where available.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BISMAN's liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. You are responsible for maintaining backups of business-critical exports where required.
